At Wholesale Squad we pride ourselves on the quality of our stock through our 15-point check and ensure goods are handled and shipped with the utmost care, but we do understand and appreciate that circumstances may arise where you may not be satisfied with the product you have received from us. If this is the case please contact us at contact@wholesalesquad.co.uk or fill out one of our forms where a member of our aftersales team will be happy to assist.

Due to stock sold as Outlet discount – we don’t accept refunds, however we can buy your stock back from you at the same price minus 10% for admin fees (must be in same condition as sold – subject to T&Cs)
Please note we only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
Standard 60 day warranty for any faulty or damaged stock (we will repair or replace your item)

Any re-purchase of your stock – payment will be processed within 1 to 5 business days and may take 3-5 days to be credited to your account.
Any replacement is conditional upon available stock (And could take upto 3 weeks to replace).
Please note any goods sent in under our returns and refunds service are sent in at your own cost of delivery and at your own risk, thus we ask customers to use a tracked delivery service. We do not accept any liability for any parcels gone missing/damaged being sent back to us.
If an item is not faulty or damaged we have the right to reject your return.
Any Items tampered with – voids any warranty from Wholesale Squad Ltd.
Please contact us before sending anything back as we will need to provide a replacement/return form.
