Return & Refund Policy
- B2B Customers are entitled to a 12-month warranty on all products purchased. In the event that a product fails within the warranty period, we will first attempt to repair the item. If the repair is unsuccessful, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund in the form of credits, which can be used for future purchases at WS Ltd.
- Resellers are entitled to a 3-month repair warranty on all products purchased. If a product cannot be repaired within this warranty period, we will offer either a replacement product or a refund in the form of credits, which can be used for future purchases at WS Ltd. The credit provided will be equivalent to 50% of the original purchase price.
- Wholesale Squad does NOT accept refunds – However, we offer a BUY BACK scheme (10% admin charge will apply)
